This Summer Solstice, 4AD will present Milk A Bull, an evening of music at the ICA.

Raised across Europe, Asia, and North America — and now splitting time between New York City and Los Angeles — Amber Mark has woven her deep knowledge of international styles into a stunning musical tapestry, revealing new intricacies with every listen.

The final night of CTM x ICA 2025 beckons you with crook’d finger into an audiovisual labyrinth of personal narrative and jagged abstraction, each pulse of light slicing through shadow before descending into an abyssal dance ritual.

Ghosted is a transcendent collaboration between Oren Ambarchi, Johan Berthling and Andreas Werliin.

Gazelle Twin presents her haunting album Black Dog live for the last time – a plunge into darkness rooted in the theatrics of the séance and the phenomena of ghosts.

WOOM is comprised of Alice Barlow, Gray Rimmer, Lara Laeverenz, and Isobel Risk. A low hum, a harmony and ripple, a mirror of reverberating melismatic vocals carrying listeners to the heart of a sound. 

The Grubby Mitts are nine piece band from Bedford, fronted by artist Andy Holden. They are noted for their elaborate and exuberant live shows, augmented by Holden’s animated projections. The band present the launch of their new concept album, ‘Love in the Misanthropocene’, accompanied by a brass section.

Kara-Lis Coverdale composes and performs musical works across acoustic and electronic mediums to create works that transcend reality. 

Holden & Zimpel perform in-the-round at ICA, using the venue's 360° spatial soundsystem system, d&b Soundscape.

The Montreal, Quebec trio BIG | BRAVE create heavy, vast post-rock. Minimalism, structural freedom and meticulous timing form the cornerstones of their precise, rhythmical sound. 

Phew is a legendary figure in Japanese underground music and was a founding member of the legendary Japanese punk band Aunt Sally. Supported by Freddie Murphy, a sound artist and curator based in Torino, Italy.

Los Thuthanaka (founded by West Coast artists Chuquimamani-Condori and Joshua Chuquimia Crampton) bridges the past, present and future of the mighty Pakajaqui Nation through a potent blend of Andean rhythms, Aymara composition and psychedelic rock to create a style of Andean music unheard until now.

Protomartyr perform 2 nights at ICA. The band's taut, austere rock was incubated in a freezing Detroit warehouse littered with beer cans and cigarette butts and warmed, feebly, by space heaters.

Joanne Robertson is a musician, painter and poet. Joanne collaborates regularly with her friends, most recently with Dean Blunt on Backstage Raver. Also peforming is Raisa K, aka Raisa Khan, a songwriter, producer and musician who recently recently released her debut solo record, and one of the albums of the year, Affectionately.

Stephen ‘Mal’ Mallinder and Chris Watson perform at the ICA this November to mark 50 years of Cabaret Voltaire live.
