Twenty years after her experimental documentary Nadie es inocente about the Mierdas Punks gang, Sarah Minter reconnects with several of the former members. The film offers a retrospective on a youth that has passed yet persists in both images and spirit. It becomes a meditation on time, change, and permanence, as seen reflected in geography, environment, the evolving lives of its characters and the confrontation between generations. 

By juxtaposing perspectives—the director’s gaze on the protagonists and their own reflections on their younger selves—the film also explores themes of perception and representation. In doing so, it closes a cycle and offers a contemplative look at a recorded youth, testing its enduring but volatile essence through reactivation and renewal.
