Philly-born, Berlin-based RJ Glasgow’s rise has risen from years playing New York’s GHE20GOTH1K parties to EPs on XL Recordings. The secret lies in his ability to blend pop hooks with high energy club rhythms. As well as remixing Lady Gaga, PinkPantheress, Shygirl, Tokischa and collaborating with VTSS, Eartheater and Tygapaw, Glasgow also produced for Kelela’s Raven. Following his residency on BBC Radio 1, LSDXOXO has DJed for Beyoncé’s Renaissance shows in Germany as well as the main stages of Primavera Sound (b2b VTSS) and Field Day (b2b Juliana Huxtable).
In October, he performs live in support of upcoming seven-track EP Delusions Of Grandeur (D.O.G.), releasing on his new label Fantasy Audio Group (F.A.G.).
Originally from Philadelphia, RJ Glasgow broke through as LSDXOXO in New York City as part of the GHE20GOTH1K collective. He balances uncompromising underground instincts with the impulse and pleasure of the dancefloor. From techno to Baltimore club, sleazy ghetto house to razor-sharp electro, his club credentials have always been wide-reaching, but his star has truly risen for the way he folds pop and rap hooks into these sounds.
