RIEKO by Mika Kailes

Term 1: Writing for a Multidisciplinary Artistic Practice with RIEKO

Led by Diasporas Now member RIEKO, this first term explores writing as both a creative practice and a practical tool for artists working across disciplines.

Participants will engage with a variety of artistic writing forms—including poetry, songwriting, and creative fiction—while also building key skills for professional contexts such as curatorial statements, press releases, and institutional proposals.

Throughout the term, the group will explore how writing can act as a generative force for multidisciplinary world-building, both personally and collectively.
