Genuine Fake Premium Economy

A rare screening of Cindy Sherman's only feature film, a comedy-slasher film co-written with Todd Haynes.

Mousey copyeditor (Carol Kane) doesn’t quite fit in with her colleagues at Constant Consumer Magazine. After being forced to work from home due to budget cuts, she finds a different way of relating to them...by murdering them one by one. As writer Philippa Snow describes: ‘Sherman’s film suggests that in a corporate and capitalist environment, not working – not being within the office, functioning as a cog in the machine – is tantamount to death, or at the very least can drive a person mad.’
