Windhorse

4 Jul 20086 Jul 2008

A gripping story set during the last uprising in Tibet, in the late 1980s, Windhorse draws us into the lives of three young Tibetans struggling to make sense of their lives: Dadon, a singer on the verge of stardom; her brother Dorjee who gambles and drinks his life away; and their cousin Pema, a devout nun. As restrictions on basic freedoms tighten, they are forced to face their circumstances.
