Krzysztof Kieślowski Focus: Three Colours Trilogy

17 Dec 201620 Dec 2016

The ICA and the Polish Cultural Institute are pleased to present Krzysztof Kieślowski Focus: Three Colours to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Kieślowski’s passing. Following on from ICA’s Krzysztof Kieślowski: The Decalogue 25th Anniversary Retrospective in 2014, this series will focus on Kieślowski’s last three films, his multi award-winning Three Colours trilogy.

Set in Paris, Warsaw and Geneva, Three Colours explore the French Revolutionary ideals of liberty, equality and fraternity, and their relevance in the contemporary world. Krzysztof Kieślowski co-wrote Three Colours with his long-time collaborator Krzysztof Piesiewicz, with whom he also worked on The Decalogue. Featuring beautiful cinematography and mesmerising performances from Juliette Binoche, Julie Delpy and Irène Jacob, the Three Colours trilogy explores universal themes through profound personal experiences.

We are offering a special Krzysztof Kieślowski Focus multi-buy offer if you purchase tickets for all three screenings: £27 (full price) / £24 (concessions) / £21 (ICA Members).
