Previously at the ICA - Films
31 Jul 2015 – 8 Aug 2015
Shot on the streets of Moscow, Kiev and Odessa, Dziga Vertov's famous experimental feature fizzes with celebration of life in the city, and the new medium of film - its speed, plasticity and expressive potential.
City people at work and play combine with trains, dams and industrial machines in a feverish celluloid poem.
Man With A Movie Camera, dir. Dziga Vertov, Soviet Union 1929, 68 mins
