Transition is a two-fold event, a Workshop and Friday Salon discussion, helping to prepare graphic art and design students for graduate life.
Delivered by post-graduates and industry professionals, Transition offers an opportunity to meet and talk about the topics of work styles, learning and living, whilst picking up insider’s tips on how to make it in a highly competitive field.
Speakers include Alex Bec, Josh King, Lauren Doughty and Simon Whybray.
Alex Bec is the director of It’s Nice That and INT Works, having helped both companies grow since graduating from Brighton University in 2007. It’s Nice That now has a reach of over 500,000 people a month and INT Works helps some of the world’s biggest brands (Nike, Unilever and MTV) come up with brilliant creative ideas. Alex was also the visiting creative director at branding company Wolff Olins for 12 weeks at the end of 2013, is a visiting fellow at LCC and is on the jury for the prestigious Designs of the Year at the Design Museum. http://www.itsnicethat.com/authors/alex-bec
