The ICA is pleased to present an exclusive limited edition photograph by Juergen Teller. The photo was taken on a trip he made to Kolkata, India early 2014. 

Juergen Teller (b.1964) is a German born artist and fine-art and fashion photographer. Having worked with photography both commercial and art contexts since the 1980s, Teller is considered one of the most important photographers of his generation. 

Born in Germany in 1964, Teller has been awarded the 1993 Photography Prize at Festival de la Mode, Monaco, and the 2003 recipient of the Citibank Photography Prize in association with the Photographer’s Gallery, London. In 2007, Teller represented the Ukraine as one of five artists in the 52nd Venice Biennale.

Recent solo exhibitions include Irene Im Wald, The Journal Gallery, Brooklyn (2012), The Girl With the Broken Nose, Palazzo Reale, Milan (2012) and Woo, ICA, London (2013) among others.
