Saying goodbye to a stranger is possibly the strangest thing you can do to a stranger. Yet, all I want to say to you is 'goodbye.' Not verbally, but physically.

Born in Hong Kong, Wong Ka Ki in recent years has participated in many main protests in Hong Kong as a documentary video/photographer. She is currently studying in London Film School, MA in Filmmaking. She has been actively making short films with topics about strange human relationships and fantasies, and constantly drafts films with her own strange personal encounters with people.

She has stayed at Listhús Artspace, Ólafsfjörður, Iceland as a resident artist for a month during February 2014 for a short animation film directed and produced by herself. Her work has been showcased in various film festival across the world, including Paris, Bangalore, Los Angeles, Reykjavík, London and Hong Kong.
