A mesmerizing portrait of a woman’s life on the fringes of society and a true testament to human resilience.
For thirteen years, Czech filmmaker Helena Trestikova followed Mallory, a strong, caring woman battling with drug addiction. As Malloy contends with toxic relationships and endless bureaucratic setbacks from social services, she continues to fight to get herself off the streets and to help those struggling around her.
